Parents, Community Members, and BCS Alumni. Student Ambassadors volunteer at the event and will be in attendance. Sometimes we have special performances by students including the Ensemble.

We love our children, but we ask that only adults attend this event.

Teacher Features are one of the many highlighted categories of our silent auction. Teachers & staff members donate their time and an activity for students. These can include playing games, going out to lunch, manicures, etc.

The most anticipated event of the evening is our Dessert Frenzy. 13 delicious, homemade cakes are offered for bid in a Live Auction format. These are showstoppers. Guests at each table typically pool their donations and bid on a cake as a group. Some cakes have sold for $10,000!

BCS is excited to offer our brand new category “Outings & Experience”. Each Outing & Experience will have a limited number of tickets for a flat rate. For example: Cookie Decorating for Kindergarten-3rd grade girls with 12 spots available for $30 a spot. School parents host these events. This is a wonderful way to get to know your BCS community.
