Financial Aid

Bayshore offers need-based tuition assistance to qualifying families. All applicants for financial aid must be currently enrolled at BCS, and supply their tax return from the previous year to a third-party organization for consideration. Gross family income, number of family members, number of children enrolled at BCS, and other extenuating circumstances are factored into financial aid decisions.

There is a $40 application fee. You may apply beginning January 1st. All applications for financial aid must be submitted by March 1st. Financial aid will not be awarded until late spring.

Financial aid applies to tuition only.

Withdrawal From School

By signing and submitting the enrollment form, parents agree to all financial terms and obligations of the school for the school year. Withdrawal from Bayshore Christian School at any time after enrollment will require payment of 50% of the remaining financial agreement. Withdrawal forms must be completed by a custodial parent. Records will not be released until all financial obligations are met and all school property returned.

Delinquent Accounts

If a family account is 60 days in arrears, the student will not be allowed to return to school until the account is cleared unless a mutual arrangement is made with the Head of School.
